Service Delivery Policy
How and when you receive what you buy from LinkBrainly.
LinkBrainly is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically.
1. Plan activation
Paid plans activate automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a minute. You'll see the plan in My account and receive a receipt by email. If a plan isn't active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email hello@linkbrainly.com with your payment ID and we'll activate it within one working day.
2. Report delivery
Audits run on our servers. Most reports are ready in 2–10 minutes; very large or slow websites can take up to 30 minutes. The report opens on screen and we email you the link, so you can close the page while it runs. Reports can be downloaded as one Excel file or as CSV files.
3. Custom plans
For Custom plans, delivery timelines are agreed in writing with your quote.
4. Service area
The Service is available worldwide online. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees.
