We collect only what we need to run audits, send your reports and support you. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it any time at hello@linkbrainly.com.

1. Who is responsible

Vipul C, Delhi, operating LinkBrainly (linkbrainly.com), is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

2. What we collect

Details you give us: email address, and optionally name and phone/WhatsApp number, when you view a report, sign in, request a quote or contact us.
Websites you submit and the reports we generate for them. We crawl public pages only; we don't try to collect personal data from those pages.
Payment records: plan, amount, date and the Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
Technical data: IP address (used for rate limits and abuse prevention), browser type, pages visited and referring site. We count daily visitors with a one-way hash and don't keep raw IP addresses in our analytics.
Cookies: a sign-in cookie when you log in, and Google Analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. Your browser also stores your report form details so you don't have to type them again.

3. Why we use it

To run audits, show and email your reports, and manage your plan and payments.
To send sign-in codes, receipts, renewal reminders and service messages.
To contact you about your report and, if you ticked the box, send occasional SEO tips (you can opt out any time).
To prevent abuse, keep the Service secure, and improve it.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We process your data based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as completing a service you asked for.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Hostinger (hosting, database and email), Razorpay (payments), Google Analytics (site analytics) and Google Gemini or a similar AI provider (to analyse the public page text of the site being audited; we don't send your email or phone to the AI). We may disclose data if required by law. We never sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Reports are kept for about one year. Lead and account details are kept while you use the Service and for up to 3 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires (usually 8 years).

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email hello@linkbrainly.com from the address you used with us. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, restrict access to our systems, store sign-in sessions as hashed tokens and never store passwords. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Children

The Service is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a guardian's consent.

9. Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
