1. Who we are

LinkBrainly ("we", "us") is operated by Vipul C, Delhi, India, as a sole proprietor. By using linkbrainly.com or any report, email or download we provide (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

LinkBrainly crawls the public pages of a website you submit, analyses its internal links and on-page SEO, and produces a report with issues and AI-generated internal link suggestions. Features, limits and page counts are described on our pricing section and may change over time. Changes never reduce what you have already paid for during your current plan year.

3. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent, guardian or employer. The details you give us (email, name, phone, website) must be accurate.

4. Free plan

The free audit covers up to your latest 200 pages (by sitemap date) and is limited to one new audit per website every 30 days, plus daily limits per visitor. To view a free report we ask for your email address, and optionally your phone number, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Paid plans

• Pro: ₹499 per website per year, up to 600 pages per audit, 4 audits (re-checks) per calendar month.
• Business: ₹799 per website per year, up to 1000 pages per audit, 10 audits per calendar month, an automatic monthly audit and priority crawling.
• Custom: quoted separately in writing for sites above 1000 pages, multiple domains or agencies.

One website per plan. A plan is locked to the single domain you register (the www and non-www versions count as one domain). Subdomains (for example blog.example.com) and other domains need their own plan. A plan can't be moved to another domain.

Domain disputes. Buy a plan only for a domain you own or manage. If someone registers your domain, email us with proof of ownership (for example a DNS TXT record or a file we ask you to upload) and we'll move the plan to you. The other account's plan for that domain ends without refund.

Upgrades. If you upgrade from Pro to Business during your plan year, the unused Pro time is converted into extra Business days in proportion to the two prices.

Term and renewal. A plan runs for 365 days from the payment date. Plans do not renew automatically; we email you before expiry. If you renew the same plan for the same website, you keep the price you originally paid. Unused monthly audits don't carry over to the next month.

Prices and taxes. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Fair use. Audits are limited by the page counts and monthly audits above. We may pause audits that put unusual load on our systems or on the audited website, or that look automated or abusive.

6. Refunds

All payments are final. Please read our Refund Policy before buying; it forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may only submit websites that you own, manage, or have permission to audit. You must not use the Service to overload, attack, scrape personal data from, or gain unauthorised access to any website or system; to break any law; or to resell, copy or reverse-engineer the Service without our written permission. Our crawler identifies itself as LinkBrainlyBot and respects robots.txt.

8. AI output and no guarantees

Reports, scores and link suggestions are produced automatically, partly by AI models, and can be incomplete or wrong. They are recommendations for you to review before publishing. We do not guarantee any search ranking, traffic, revenue or other result. Search engines decide rankings on their own.

9. Reports and sharing

Reports are available at a web address that anyone with the link can open, and are kept for about a year. Don't share a report link if you want it to stay private. You own your website content; you may use your reports freely for your own website and clients. We own the LinkBrainly software, design and brand.

10. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and there may be downtime for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If we permanently shut down a paid feature during your plan year, we'll offer a pro-rata credit or refund for the unused part of that plan.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, rankings or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, without refund. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 8, 11 and 13) survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Otherwise, the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify paid customers by email. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
